By registering for our program you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. As a Name List Data Processor, you will be responsible for compiling lists of names and addresses and sending them to Homeworkers Network as often as you can for immediate payment, as per the simple no-cost advertising instructions provided to you from Homeworkers Network. As a Name List Data Processor you will compile a targeted list of names and addresses of people who have expressed an interest in advertisements that offer free information about various home employment and/or business opportunities. We will show you step-by-step how to place a free ad to attract the inquirers that our direct mail clients are looking for. You will compile the names and addresses by typing or handwriting them on paper, with the full name, address, city, state and zip code being required. Homeworkers Network will pay you $1.00 for each name and address received by you. You will have no advertising costs or postal costs, other than mailing each batch of names you've compiled to Homeworkers Network. Homeworkers Network does not accept names from phone books or names you may already have. Homeworkers Network will pay you on a weekly basis with a company check for each name and address received by you. Homeworkers Network will send you a check every Friday for the total number of names received that week, in which you will earn $1.00 for each name sent to Homeworkers Network. You can send Homeworkers Network only a few names or hundreds every week. You can process as many names and addresses as you wish. There is no minimum or maximum number of names and addresses that need to be submitted for payment. The registration fee of $39.95 is a one-time, non-renewable, non-reoccurring fee required to cover our expense in getting you started as a Name List Data Processor and inputs you into our computer pay system, which cuts checks every Friday for the names and addresses received that week. It also guarantees you can work with us for as long as you desire. Once you've submitted your first 100 names to us, we will immediately refund you this initial registration fee in full. This is in addition to the payment of $1.00 per name and address you send us. The amount of money expected to be made by each Name List Data Processor depends on many factors and may vary from person to person. Individual results can be related to, but not limited to, the amount of work each individual applies to the program. Independent Contractor Each Name List Data Processor is an Independent Contractor and is not an employee of Homeworkers Network. Every Name List Data Processor is responsible for paying any taxes due. Homeworkers Network does not withhold any income taxes from the Name List Data Processor's earnings. You will receive a 1099 tax form at the end of the year if your earnings total $600 or more for the year. Copyright Notice Everything on this site is copyrighted.
